SSP UK & Ireland is seeking a Retail Duty Manager for M&S Gatwick Airport North Terminal. The role offers a base rate of £14.25 per hour, with an extra £1.50 per hour for hours between midnight and 6 am, bringing the rate to £15.75 per hour.
Shifts are full-time, 30+ hours, across 6:30am–11:30pm, with 5 shifts out of 7. You will lead a team, open/close daily operations, and drive excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment within airports and stations across the UK &
