Join CRH as a Sales Coordinator 1 – Leviat. The role is based in Sheffield, United Kingdom and is a full‑time onsite position at the entry‑level seniority.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and increase profitability.
• Encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty by adding value to transactions, providing the right solutions and excellent customer service.
• Respond to questions and queries from customers via telephone, email, video call or face‑to‑face.
• Prepare quotations – liaise with Leviat external teams, technical teams and commercial management.
• Follow up on quotations proactively.
• Negotiate with customers to secure orders.
• Liaise with other departments pre‑ and post‑sale (finance, operations, technical, design).

• GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English grades A‑C.
• Enthusiastic, can‑do attitude, self‑motivated.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Methodical, organised and able to prioritise.
• Computer literate – especially Microsoft Office and Dynamics CRM.
• Accurate with good attention to detail.
• Able to manage and respond to multiple issues simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Desirable: experience in construction or manufacturing business.
• Proven track record of account management and converting quotes to orders.
• Able to read and understand drawings.
