AboutThe Role
Sytner BMW Sheffield is looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Sales Administrator to join their fantastic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales team by assisting with file auditing, trade transfers and other ad‑hoc duties. You will work closely with the Dealership Accountant, Sales Department and many members of the management team. Your responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, handling incoming enquiries in a prompt manner, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
You will be required to work a variety of flexible patterns, which can typically include weekends, to meet the service standards expected by our customers.
About YouPrevious experience in an administrative role is advantageous, along with proficient IT skills; however, no specific industry experience is required. The ideal candidate is committed to providing excellent customer service, thrives in a busy, high‑pressure environment, is extremely organised, confident, has great attention to detail, and is willing to go the extra mile. Passion for prioritising customer satisfaction at all times is crucial.
