Permanent full-time
Working hours: (44 hours per week) Monday to Friday between 09:00 to 18:00 and Saturdays (rota basis) 09:00 to 13:00

If so we have the perfect opportunity for you. An opportunity that will allow you to utilise your fine-tuned Customer Service skills and provide an exceptional experience to all our retail and business customers. Previous automotive experience is preferred but not essential for this role all we ask is that youre willing to get stuck in and learn the products inside and out.
Full support and training will be provided with access to Lookers sales process training from Day 1 of your journey with us. Not to mention access to our Ford dealer portal for any Brand training required.
You will be the key point of contact for our customers communicating via email phone and in person. Attention to detail and flawless administration skills will help you succeed in closing the deal. You may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious vehicles on the market therefore a full UK driving licence is a must.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers via email telephone and in person
- Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
- Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
- Negotiating the final price for the sale
- Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
- Liaising with various departments within the dealership to provide the best service to all our customers
