Key Responsibilities:- Proactively identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within our existing customer base. Prepare tailored proposals, deliver compelling sales presentations, conduct negotiations, and close contracts with precision.
- Reach out to accounts with the aim of rekindling relationships and uncovering new growth opportunities.
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is consistently maintained.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience, providing exceptional value throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the IT or software industry, demonstrating your ability to drive business growth.
- A self‑starter who is passionate about achieving targets and has a track record of delivering results.
- Embraces change and adapts easily to new processes, contributing to the evolution of company strategies.
- Highly organized with exceptional multitasking abilities, ensuring the effective management of multiple accounts and responsibilities.
- The ability to work seamlessly within a team while also excelling in individual tasks, contributing to a positive, high‑performing work environment.
