MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high‑quality semiconductor products, including an extensive marketing and sales network throughout the world:
China, Americas, EMEA, APAC. We are looking for an Account Manager with at least 4 years experience in semiconductor sales.
- Work with MCC distribution partner and customers to achieve design wins and increase account penetration
- Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers
- Research and develop new customers and new business segments
- Develop account strategy and execute business plan
- Effectively handle customers' issues
- Meet sales budget (booking/Billing)
- Collect and summarize market intelligence information and provide feedback to the respective product team
- Work in a team regionally or globally to achieve assigned tasks and objectives
- Hold business review with customers and distribution channel
- Education background:
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics or semiconductors - Experience (Must):
At least 4 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry - Knowledge (Ideal):
Familiar with the basic theoretical knowledge of semiconductor power devices (diodes, MOSFETs, etc.); familiar with the specific market applications, parameter characteristics, and customer applications of corresponding power device products - Abilities / Qualities:
Proficient in using office software;
Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
Familiar with the seven major QC techniques, five quality tools, 8D report, 5
Why and other quality tools;
Proficient in project management skills and certified as PMP - Skills /
Certifications:
Proficient in project and personnel management, as well as interdepartmental coordination skills;
Market and customer communication skills
