Sales Team Manager

Location:

Warwickshire, Hybrid (2 days in office)

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a small, high‑potential sales team
  • Drive pipeline quality, conversion, and forecasting accuracy
  • Embed best‑in‑class sales process, CRM discipline, and reporting
  • Support and shape high‑value, strategic deals
  • Build and grow channel/partner relationships to unlock new revenue streams
  • Act as the bridge between commercial and technical delivery teams
Qualifications
  • Proven background in B2B consultative sales within energy consultancy, energy services/compliance, renewables or technical advisory environments
  • Experience leading and developing sales teams
  • Strong track record of improving sales performance, structure, and discipline
  • Comfortable as a player‑manager – equally at home coaching a team or closing deals
  • Experience building partnerships, channels, or indirect sales routes
  • Commercially sharp, data‑driven, and confident influencing at senior level
