- Strong track record of improving sales performance, structure, and discipline
- Comfortable as a player‑manager – equally at home coaching a team or closing deals
- Experience building partnerships, channels, or indirect sales routes
- Commercially sharp, data‑driven, and confident influencing at senior level
- Strong, more predictable pipeline
- Improved conversion rates and deal quality
- A high‑performing, accountable sales team
