Parts Sales Executive – JCT
600 TPS (Trades Parts Specialist)

Salary: £21,518 OTE

Location: South Sheffield

Working Hours: Part‑time role 27 hours per week: 8 hours Monday, Thursday, Friday, and 5 hours on alternate Saturdays.

We supply genuine parts for Volkswagen Group brands, ensuring that customers receive high‑quality, reliable components. The Parts Sales Executive is integral to delivering excellent customer service and parts expertise.

• Provide advice and recommendations to trade and retail customers on genuine Volkswagen Group parts.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries over the phone and via e‑mail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximise repeat sales opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue sales leads.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate, timely, and professional service.

• Proven experience in sales or retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer orders simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in using computer systems.
• A full, clean UK driving licence is preferable.

• Knowledge of Volkswagen Group parts and vehicles.
• Experience working within a dealership or parts supply environment.
