Junior Sales - Woore

T-T Pumps Ltd, one of the UK’s market leading companies in the supply, manufacture, design, install and service of pumping equipment, is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join their pump sales team.

You will work closely with clients across sectors including construction, utilities, distribution and industrial processing, helping them achieve fit-for-purpose and cost-effective outcomes.

This office based role is to provide expert guidance and tailored solutions for the management of: foul water, grey water, effluents, irrigation and pressurisation and many other fluid handling applications.

• Sales Enquiry Support
  :
  Assist with management ofincoming enquiries and CRM System integrity.
• Technical Sales Support
  :
  Providing technical guidance during the sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and preparing detailed tenders or quotations.
• Customer Consultation
  :
  Engaging with clients to understand their technical requirements and offering tailored solutions.
• Relationship Management
  :
  Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Market Analysis & Reporting
  :
  Researching competitor activity, monitoring industry trends, and reporting sales performance to management.
• Collaboration
  :
  Working with sales teams, marketing, and new products departments to provide feedback to enable product improvement and maximise sales opportunities

• Based at T-T head office in Woore, Cheshire

• Be flexible to the requirements of the business
• Observe and maintain the company’s Health & Safety Policy and Procedures.
• Undertake any other duties that may be required from time to time

• Good standard of English and Maths (Essential)

• Knowledge of the industry/related industries (Desirable)
• Understanding of pumps, pipework and applications (Desirable)
• Understanding of pressure pipe systems and fittings (Desirable)
• General understanding of engineering principles (Desirable)

• Experience of working in a similar role (Desirable)
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) (Essential)
• Familiar with working with CRM systems (Essential)
