Built on elite sport and performance psychology, Mindflick helps organisations build aligned, accountable, high‑performing teams. Founded by performance psychologists and backed by Sir Andrew Strauss, this is a product with genuine credibility and measurable impact (89 NPS).

This is a full‑cycle Account Executive position with a strong blend of inbound and outbound. You’ll own deals end‑to‑end while being supported by an experienced Head of Growth—giving you both autonomy and structured development.

• Running discovery with senior stakeholders across enterprise and mid‑market
• Delivering high‑impact demos tied to real business outcomes
• Managing and progressing pipeline in Hub Spot
• Closing deals with strong ACV potential
• Working on recognised accounts from early in your tenure

• Proven product with strong market traction and Tier 1 clients
• Clear path into enterprise sales
• High NPS (89) = strong product adoption and easier conversations
• Hands‑on leadership and real sales development
• Credible story that resonates at C‑suite level

• 1+ years in a B2B sales role (SaaS, recruitment, events, partnerships)
• Experience running demos and managing deal cycles
• Confident engaging decision‑makers
• Structured, commercially minded and proactive
• Comfortable in a fast‑growth environment

• £34,000 base
• £70,000 OTE (realistic and proven)
• Office‑based in Hathersage (commutable from Sheffield)
