* Work Strata are currently recruiting Sales Advisors to join a well-known Telecoms and Internet provider at its bustling call centre based in Sheffield.

Key Responsibilities:

As a member of the sales team, your duties will include:
Speaking to customers over the phone and talking them through our clients' products and services
Ensuring upselling ensuring that the customer is getting the best possible service
Liaising with customers in a professional and polite manner
Ensuring individual KPIs are met
Working as part of a team to ensure team targets are hit each week/month

Pay from:
£26,116 - £26,738 per annum with uncapped commission

Shifts:

37.5 hours per week

Between 8am-9pm Mon – Fri

Between 8am – 8pm Weekends

Weekends are based on a team rota, and every weekend will not be necessary
