• Develop new business opportunities across the SME market.
• Build relationships with business owners, directors, and key decision-makers.
• Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to signed agreement.
• Conduct customer meetings, consultations, and solution presentations.
• Work alongside the technical team to create tailored service proposals.
• Promote the business's Managed IT Services, Cyber Security, Backup & Disaster Recovery, and Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
• Attend networking events and business forums to represent the brand.
• Identify opportunities for long‑term partnerships and account growth.
• Contribute ideas that support the ongoing growth and success of the business.

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience with in Managed IT Services, Cyber Security, Telecoms, Cloud Services, or Technology Solutions.
• Understanding of SME business challenges and technology requirements.
