VB-Airsuspension is the market leader in designing, engineering, manufacturing, and supplying specialist (air) suspension systems for light commercial vehicles (LCVs). We work B2B alongside OEM vehicle manufacturers and specialist vehicle converters to enable organisations to use their vehicles for specialised roles and applications. Our systems are used in a variety of vehicles, from motorhomes and campervans to ambulances and rescue 4x4s.

As a result, we have an opportunity for an Internal Sales Executive who shares these values, to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. You'll work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams and communicate with the wider VB-UK team to tackle problems, build long-term relationships with customers and improve how we operate.
About you and what were looking for:

Your responsibilities:
Engage and build relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to add value. Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, lead nurturing, and creative problem-solving. Promote VBs products and solutions , raising awareness of our brand, technology, and the impact of our innovations across diverse industries. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales , marketing, and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and continuous improvement.
Support and refine commercial processes , helping streamline how we manage leads, customer data, sales orders and logistics, and communication workflows through the D365 system. Contribute to marketing initiatives such as campaigns, events, and digital outreach to strengthen VBs market presence. Track and report on performance metrics , using insight s to optimise your approach and contribute to team targets.
Champion VBs values and customer-centric culture , ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality, innovation, and trust. Continuously develop your skills , learning from industry experts and taking ownership of your professional growth within VB.
