Business Development Executive

Overview

We’re hiring a Business Development Executive (SaaS Sales) based in Sheffield (St Paul’s Place), working hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote. At Tes, we’re on a mission to make life easier for schools and teachers through innovative, trusted digital solutions. In this role, you will drive our SaaS growth by building meaningful relationships, engaging senior stakeholders, and closing deals that truly impact education.

• Building and managing a strong outbound pipeline
• Delivering engaging software demonstrations and value‑led conversations
• Partnering with senior decision‑makers across the education sector
• Working towards and achieving clear targets and goals
• Collaborating with colleagues to identify cross‑sell opportunities

• Experience in outbound sales (SaaS experience is a plus)
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
• Self‑motivated, resilient, and goal‑oriented
• Strong attention to detail and good CRM discipline
• Interested in making a positive impact in education
