External Sales

Hours: 40 hours per week

You’ll be our full-time salesperson focusing on external sales. Expect to be out on the road across the South Yorkshire and Northeast Derbyshire geographies, engaging existing customers and targeting new opportunities and new customers.

Our customer base spans engineering companies, food, defence and steelworks.

You’ll have prior sales experience, ideally with crossover in engineering or manufacturing.

You’re driven, excited to make sales, comfortable approaching customers, knocking on doors, and thrive on sales from small to large.

Drive, enthusiasm, perseverance, and persistence are core qualities we seek, and we consider a range of experience levels.

• A good level of knowledge in the MRO space along with the products we sell, although crossover experience will be considered.
• A high level of motivation and enthusiasm to drive sales.
• Good systems knowledge and IT skills.
• Prior external sales experience.
• Confident communicator – not afraid to cold call cross industry.
• Thrives in a role with high autonomy and trust to deliver and drive innovation.
• Strong interest in learning our product range and engineering.
