Key Responsibilities
- Own the ongoing strategic relationship with non‑clinical customers in key NHS and Private Groups.
- Develop specific Key account plans & routes to market, focusing on market‑share gain and income acceleration.
- Lead the Integrated Account Team actions and activities.
- Identify opportunities for Value partnerships, support deal architecture, and lead the deal contracting process, ensuring IAT awareness at all stages.
- Understand the customer environment, identifying J&J capabilities that unlock growth (product, S&S, digital and capital).
- Construct FPC proposals and own related compliance.
- Pitch to non‑clinical & clinical stakeholders, demonstrating negotiation expertise and challenger mastery.
- Deliver quarterly reviews with account and contract management, including price/volume variance and framework banding sign‑ups.
- Notable presence and ability to design solutions across all levels in the GB/Ire markets.
- Strong commercial acumen with NHS experience.
- 10+ years in sales management, project management or consulting within Life Sciences/healthcare, medical device industry, or NHS/private sector.
- Proven ability to deliver multi‑layer “deal making” in healthcare.
- Customer‑facing skillset with incisive thinking and strong communication.
- Ability to structure, manage and deliver change in a matrixed environment.
- University degree in business administration, marketing & communications, hospital management, life science, public administration or related fields (preferred but not essential).
- At least 10 years of experience in healthcare, including a successful sales track record at key/strategic accounts.
- Experience leading integrated multi‑level teams across diverse business stakeholders without formal authority.
- Strong project management skills and process‑oriented work approach.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer‑centric value‑driven approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in local language(s) and English.
- Data analysis skills and ability to draw actionable conclusions.
- University degree from a reputable institution.
- Successful sales background and/or commercial management experience.
- Experience in Process Excellence and commercial deal making.
- Experience managing complex revenue‑generating projects.
- High‑level English fluency.
- Act as a role model for J&J Credo values at all times.
- Maintain familiarity with personal Health & Safety responsibilities.
- Adhere to UK Safe Fleet Policy, Healthcare Compliance Policies and all Company policies.
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s product complaint process.
- Willingness to travel and attend meetings as required.
