We are seeking an accomplished, driven, and highly professional individual to join our dynamic Residential Sales team as a Residential Sales Valuer. Operating within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, this role requires a confident valuer who thrives on delivering results while building and maintaining exceptional client relationships.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of achieving high standards and consistently delivering outstanding service. You will bring strong market knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage and grow key client relationships. Previous experience in residential property valuing is essential, and in-depth knowledge of the local area will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market appraisals in our client’s homes, offering market leading professional advice
  • Advise potential clients on marketing strategies and tools available

Experience
  • Previous valuing experience is essential
  • Knowledge of the local residential property market
  • A proven track record of winning instructions

Hours of work
  • 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday – Friday and 1 in 2 Saturdays 9:00am to 3:00pm. Where a Saturday is worked a weekday will be given in lieu
  • In addition to your basic salary, we offer a rewarding commission scheme including various discretionary cash incentive referral schemes
  • 23 days holiday, rising to 25 days in the third holiday year plus Public Bank Holidays
