A growing UK‑based manufacturing business supplying specialist products to a wide range of B2B customers across Europe. The company offers a collaborative environment with opportunities to develop long‑term customer relationships and drive international sales.

To develop and grow export sales by managing relationships with French‑speaking clients, winning new business, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of French‑speaking clients across Europe.
• Develop new business opportunities through proactive sales activity and customer outreach.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate sales, and convert opportunities into orders.
• Coordinate export orders and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor sales activity, and support occasional overseas travel.

• Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills in both languages.
• Previous B2B sales and account management experience.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and ideally experience preparing and following up quotations.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple customers, orders, and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Confident using CRM systems and committed to delivering excellent customer service while building long‑term client relationships.
