Proactive Staff Ltd's client, a luxury hot tub distributor, seeks a dedicated Telesales Advisor to maximise sales and deliver excellent service. The role combines outbound selling with responsive support for deliveries and repairs, in a busy environment.
9am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with no evenings or weekends. You will be first point of contact for existing customers, upsell maintenance and accessories, arrange engineer visits when needed, and promote servicing through reviews.
