The Parts Sales Executive will be responsible for selling genuine parts for the Volkswagen Group at the JCT
600 TPS (Trades Parts Specialist) in Chesterfield / Barnsley. The role requires a proactive approach to customer service, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to generate new sales opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships. The Parts Sales Executive will play a vital role in ensuring the continued success of our parts sales operation.

Your day to day will include:

Provide advice and recommendations to trade and retail customers on genuine Volkswagen Group parts

Respond promptly to customer inquiries over the phone, and via email

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximise repeat sales opportunities

Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue sales leads

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate, timely, and professional service

What we are looking for:

Essential:

Proven experience in sales or retail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer orders simultaneously

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Proficient in using computer systemsA full, clean UK driving licence is preferable

Desirable:

Knowledge of Volkswagen Group parts and vehicles

Experience working within a dealership or parts supply environment
