TT Electronics, Sheffield is hiring for a Sales Specialist to provide technical sales support to both internal and external stakeholders.

As a key member of our technical Sales & Business Development team, you'll support customers and the external sales team in the selection, application and quotation of our comprehensive range of process control instrumentation.

In this role, you'll also contribute to identifying new business opportunities and developing strong long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Generating quotations from sales enquiries via the company CRM system ensuring all information/ activities are logged.
• Providing technical and commercial support to our Commercial Engineers to assist in securing business opportunities and delivering customer solutions.
• Liaising with all internal departments to ensure that actions/projects raised are communicated correctly and dealt with in a timely manner.
• Identifying and quantifying New Business Opportunities (NBO's).
• Efficiently coordinating pre and post-sales support to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Assisting in developing short, medium and long-term sales plans.

What We Look For:

• A formal engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) or relevant industry experience in a technical or industrial environment.
• Experience in a technical sales, internal sales, customer service, commercial engineering, or application engineering environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple priorities.
• Commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach.

The following will enhance your application but are not essential to apply:

• Experience of Temperature Measurement within the Aerospace sector and familiarity with the AMS
  2750 specification.
• Knowledge of Pressure and Flow measurement principles and associated products.
• Calibration knowledge and understanding of traceability requirements.
• Experience of identifying and developing New Business Opportunities (NBO's).
• Experience of supporting external sales teams and field sales activities.

Although office based there may be some travel required within this role.
