Customer.io is seeking an Account Manager to join our EMEA team. You will own a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts, drive renewals and expansions, and build trusted relationships that fuel customer growth.
This is a revenue ownership role across the UK and Ireland. You'll work with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to move deals forward, forecast renewal pipelines, and articulate ROI by expanding usage of our platform.
