Onboarding Advisor

We’re looking for an Onboarding Advisor to join our growing team at Eurosafe Compliance Ltd. This role will be initially based at our temporary home in Arena Court, Attercliffe (Sheffield, S9).

In this role, you will connect with businesses responsible for building maintenance, introduce them to our range of safety services, and help them find the right solutions for their needs. You will manage and nurture relationships from initial contact to successful conversion, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every client.

This is a proactive, customer-focused position ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help clients.

While previous sales experience is an advantage, it’s not essential as full training will be provided to help you build your confidence and expertise.

Using an existing property database to identify decision-makers responsible for maintenance

Contacting potential clients via phone and email to introduce Eurosafe’s services

Preparing and issuing quotations, following up to secure opportunities

Accurately updating our in-house CRM system

Responding to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently

Attending training and client meetings as required

Working towards a personal sales target

Taking ownership of your workload and ensuring deadlines are met

Developing Key Target Accounts

Prospecting new opportunities

Motivation to achieve targets and drive results

Confidence in communicating by phone and email

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

A professional, team-oriented attitude

Honesty, reliability, and a proactive approach to work

Sales or outbound calling experience is beneficial but not essential — we’ll provide full training and support to help you succeed.
