Treatment Coordinator

You’ll be joining us at our Albion House dental practice in Savile Street, Sheffield, S4 7UD
. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journey

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with working hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm, including a one hour lunch break. This is a practice based position, with some attendance at events; please note home working is not possible.

• Attracting and managing enquiries via digital marketing, social media, and events
• Monitor and report on marketing performance
• Support patients through their treatment journey
• Promote private dental options and convert enquiries into sales
• Working towards targets and KPI’s to achieve commercial results
• Work closely with dentists to grow their private patient numbers

• Able to initiate conversations with prospective customers
• Ability to generate and convert sales opportunities
• Confidence using all social platforms
• Great at building relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using computer systems (training provided)
• Possesses initiative and can prioritise own workload
• Demonstrates a passion for delivering excellent commercial results
