Overview

This Group-level role combines relationship-led business development, practical marketing delivery and client care across the regional water businesses. • Progress existing leads, make introductions and arrange meetings with house builders, developers and referral contacts.
  • Attend client meetings alongside technical colleagues, introducing the business and helping develop trusted relationships.
  • Maintain regular contact with prospective and existing clients, ensuring enquiries, actions and commitments are followed through.
  • Act as a second point of contact for developer clients, providing continuity and helping the Group understand relationship progress.
