Warwickshire Police is recruiting National Firearms Instructors to join the Firearms Training Unit. You will plan, prepare and deliver firearms training and provide tactical advice to firearms commanders, supporting operational readiness and the training calendar.
The role requires ongoing competency, collaboration with regional partners, and flexibility for high-demand periods. TVP payments apply to ARV staff and OFCs.
