About the Role

As a Security Officer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure and professional environment for our client, protecting people, property and assets while providing outstanding customer service.

You’ll be someone who:

• Demonstrates integrity and professionalism in everything you do
• Stays calm and makes sound decisions under pressure
• Has excellent attention to detail and notices when something doesn’t look right
• Communicates confidently with colleagues, visitors and contractors
• Delivers outstanding customer service while maintaining a strong security presence
• Takes ownership and follows procedures accurately
• Works effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Is reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards every shift

What You’ll Need

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good IT skills with the ability to complete accurate reports
• A professional, customer‑focused approach
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work permanent 4 On 4 Off night shifts
• Eligibility to obtain Security Clearance (SC)
• Previous experience within corporate, industrial or high‑profile security
• CCTV experience
• First Aid qualification (training can be provided)
• Experience using access control or security management systems

Security Clearance Requirements

This role requires you to be eligible to obtain Security Clearance (SC).

To be eligible you must:

• Have lived continuously in the UK for the last five years
• Be able to provide a full five‑year employment, education or activity history
• Successfully complete the required vetting and background checks
