As a Carpenter / Fire Door Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and remediation of fire doors in line with current UK fire safety regulations. You will be working on a variety of occupied and non-occupied sites, ensuring work is completed safely, compliantly, and to a high standard.

• Must have proven competence in the Installation, repair, and replacement of fire doors and frames
• Fire door inspections and remedial works
• Ensuring compliance with BS 8214, BM Trada, and FPA Level 3 fire door qualification
• Accurate completion of job reports and compliance documentation
• Working independently and as part of a wider compliance team
• Liaising professionally with clients, site managers, and residents

• Proven experience as a Carpenter / Joiner
• Fire door installation and remedial experience essential
• Understanding of UK fire door regulations and standards
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (preferred)
• CSCS Card (preferred)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work to deadlines and high quality standards
