Air Conditioning Engineer (Field Service)
£40,000 - £45,000 + Door-to-Door Pay + Generious Overtime + Van (Personal Use) + Training
Regional patch (Dronfield HQ)
Are you an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer who wants local work, big overtime potential, and a company that treats engineers properly? This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants a stable, long-term role with huge earning potential and a genuinely supportive team.
This role covers the Sheffield area, with work kept as regional as possible across commercial sites such as nursing homes, schools, councils, and manufacturing facilities.
The Role- Air Conditioning systems (splits, multi-splits, VRF/VRV)
- Refrigeration systems
- Air handling units
- Chillers (advantageous)
You’ll receive door-to-door travel pay, and the overtime structure is extremely strong:
- Time and a Half after 40 hours
- Double Time for Sundays & Night Work (rare)
- Voluntary callouts for additional income
- Strong background in AC & Refrigeration,
- Comfortable with breakdowns, fault finding and planned maintenance
- Confident working independently and representing the company professionally
