Provide intensive support

Identify and respond swiftly to safeguarding concerns

Manage a complex caseload
, ensuring robust planning, risk management, and accurate documentation.

Offer mentoring, guidance, and practice support to Social Workers and Family Practitioners within the team.

Work in close partnership with multi-agency professionals to ensure coordinated and effective support.

Maintain high professional standards and engage actively in supervision and continuous learning.
