We are looking for competent T Level Technical Qualification Associates (TQA) to join us for this qualification area for the next academic year, to support Providers through the approval process and monitoring activities.
Responsibilities- Review evidence and support Providers with approval applications.
- Carry out Provider approval visits between February and August.
- Follow up on action plan activities between July and October.
- Carry out advisory activities between October and December.
- Produce City & Guilds and Provider reports and feedback for each type of activity.
- Provide advice on T Level and the Technical Qualification (TQ) to new and existing Providers.
- Participate in training activities to ensure continued improvement and consistent performance as a TQA.
- Meet deadlines within the activity time frames outlined above.
- Be flexible and communicative as dates may be subject to change.
Provider facing visits take place during two key points during the year. These visits focus on supporting Providers with delivery, quality assurance, and readiness. The Monitoring Visits are broken down into two categories:
- Advisory Visits (End of November - Start of January)
- Occupational Specialism (OS) Monitoring Visits (Start of March - Start of May)
Both types of visits will require a TQA to:
- Carry out a face to face Provider visit
- Produce City & Guilds and Provider reports and feedback for each type of activity.
- Participate in training activities to ensure continued improvement and consistent performance as a TQA.
- Meet deadlines within the activity time frames outlined above.
- Be flexible and communicative as dates may be subject to change.
