Colbern Limited is recruiting an experienced Housing Options Officer. The role is hybrid, requiring on-site attendance 2-3 days per week as per rota, and involves frontline casework with residents who are homeless or ’ll assess needs, make robust decisions, and identify solutions to prevent homelessness wherever possible.
You’ll work with potentially vulnerable individuals, requiring confidence, sound judgement, emotional resilience, and the ability to stay focused under pressure.
