Waythrough is seeking a Criminal Justice Recovery Navigator (Likewise) at Portland House, Sheffield. The role supports individuals in Criminal Justice and wider communities, focusing on harm reduction and tailored interventions to promote positive change.
You will work across settings, delivering 1-2-1 and group sessions, coordinating with police, probation and prisons, and ensuring holistic, person-centered support plans.
