InPost Ltd. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio spanning International Marketplaces and Domestic Resellers with a China-facing focus. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential to negotiate and resolve issues with partner teams across time zones.
You will manage service queries, conduct partner reviews, and lead negotiations to upsell and grow volumes, while developing knowledge of cross-border parcel flows and InPost UK's delivery network.
