School-Home Support (SHS) is seeking a Family Support Practitioner based at Woodlands Primary School, Sheffield. The role focuses on delivering casework to boost educational outcomes and attendance for children and families, in close partnership with school staff.
You will work to improve engagement in learning and liaise with parents/carers to provide holistic support. The position is permanent with term-time hours plus inset days.
