Supply Care Solutions are recruiting a Family Hub Worker in Trafford to join Trafford Council's Early Family Help Service. This locum position focuses on delivering early intervention to children, young people and families within a newly developed Family Hub model.
You will work with Health Visitors, Schools, Early Years Providers and Housing Services, acting as a Key Worker and coordinating tailored support plans. DBS disclosure is required, and a vehicle is essential for this role.
