Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Senior Social Worker for our client’s Adult Social Care Locality Team in Herefordshire. You will manage a diverse caseload, carry out assessments, safeguarding enquiries, care planning, and Court of Protection work to promote independence and wellbeing.
You will work within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment, communicating with families, carers and partner agencies to ensure accurate records and positive outcomes for service users.
