Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a registered nurse with training in Children's/Young People (CYP) care to join our dynamic team. You will assess health needs and direct resources to meet the needs of vulnerable children and young people, including those Looked After, in community and clinical settings.
You’ll work with the Named Nurse for Children Looked After, delivering health assessments, reviews, health promotion and tailored interventions, in a multidisciplinary team
