Target Point New Srl is seeking a motivated Housing Support Worker to join our Sheffield Offenders team. The role provides intensive housing management support to vulnerable residents and aims to promote independence and sustainable move-on outcomes.
The position is full-time and permanent with a salary of £26,490 per annum, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. DBS clearance, a full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK are essential.
