You won't be following a rigid checklist here. You’ll be driving the technical direction of products that are cutting‑edge and modern. We’re working with the technology of the future—not the past.

You’ll be a catalyst for innovation: rapidly prototyping ideas, spiking solutions to get the proof, and delivering high‑value iterations. You need to be intensely productive, have a bias for action, and be laser‑focused on value and outcome.

• Mastery: C# and Type Script.

• Engineering Rigor: Unit testing, CI/CD (YAML pipelines), and deep knowledge of data structures/algorithms.
• Architecture: Scalable, efficient, maintainable designs.
• Communication: You can handle yourself in front of clients, translating complex tech into compelling narratives.
