Location: Sheffield (Hybrid – 1 day per week initially, expected to increase to 3 days)

Overview

We're recruiting for an experienced Front End Engineer to join a team delivering a new enterprise workplace application.

The platform will replace an existing third‑party solution and provide employees with services including workspace booking, facilities management, internal communications and other workplace experiences.

This role would suit someone who enjoys influencing engineering standards, introducing modern development practices and remaining hands‑on throughout delivery.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise Angular applications.
Build reusable UI components and responsive user interfaces.
Collaborate with mobile and backend engineering teams.
Improve front‑end architecture and engineering standards.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Mentor less experienced developers.
Help drive adoption of modern engineering practices.
