Ton Drivers

Overview

Gi Group are looking for 7.5 ton drivers in Sparkbrook to join a local steel company on a permanent basis.

• £13.50‑£14.00 per hour • £28,000 per annum
• Overtime after 40 hours (07:00‑08:00 starts)

• 08:00‑16:30
• Monday to Friday

• 7‑12 drops
• Driving flatbed vehicles
• Strapping and sheeting of load required
• Loading/unloading by FLT or overhead cranes, experience not essential

• 7.5 ton licence with experience (can accept new pass class 2 with 7.5 ton experience)
• Current and Valid CPC and Digi Tacho
• Previous steel experience an advantage
• No more than 6 penalty points (no IN, MS, TT, CU, DR or DD codes)

• Onsite parking
• Permanent role
• Bonuses available after 12 months
