Temporary to Permanent, Monday to Friday (no weekend work), working hours: 06:00-07:00am until 15:00-16:00pm

Salary: £34,000 to £36,000 based on experience

Pertemps is looking for 2 x HGV Class 2 Drivers that can work well with others and represent our client's business and their customers with experience and commitment to deliver a first–class service. This is a multi‑drop role delivering building materials on a pre‑planned route to a regular customer base with up to 10 deliveries per day across the Midlands and the South of England.

• Deliver building materials on a pre‑planned route to a regular customer base with up to 10 deliveries per day across the Midlands and the South of England.
• Record deliveries on an electronic hand‑held device.
• Carry out own vehicle checks and drive in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the company's best practices.
• Perform some warehouse and forklift duties as required to support the operation.

• HGV Class 2 (C) licence held for a minimum of 12 months
• 180 days proven experience using Cat C vehicle
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Drivers CPC
• No more than 6 penalty points and no DD or DR endorsements
• Moffett (Lorry‑mounted Forklift) licence preferred

• Free on‑site parking
• Moffett (Lorry‑mounted Forklift) training provided to suitable candidates
• Entitled to a monthly bonus scheme upon becoming permanent
• Time to learn and ongoing training and development opportunities

This particular role is a temporary to permanent position for anyone with the right attitude and looking for a new role in a company with a great culture. Starting salary negotiable based on experience.
