HGV Class 1 Tramping Driver – Sheffield
£18 per hour + £25 daily food & drink allowance
We’re looking for reliable and experienced Class 1 (C+E) drivers to join a well-organised tramping operation based in Sheffield. This is a great opportunity for drivers who want steady weekday work, modern kit, and a straightforward role with minimal handball.

The Role
 
* Monday to Friday tramping work (occasional variation in runs)
 
* General haulage – varied loads (e.g. construction materials, FMCG, palletised goods, and occasional specialist loads)
 
* Mostly curtainsider trailers (approx. 95%)
 
* Typically 1 collection and 1 delivery per day (may occasionally increase, but planned routes)
 
* Minimal to no handballing required
 
* 10–14 hour shifts, with some variation day to day
 
* Approx. 50–60 hours per week
