We have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Coordinator to join our team in Sheffield on a full time permanent basis.

Salary:£26,580 per annum, plus £2,000 shift allowance, plus £1,000 night allowance.

Working hours:4 on 4 off nights, 6pm-6am.

The purpose of aTransport Coordinator is to effectively plan driver and vehicle resources to achieve delivery/collection times, whilst optimising resources and adhering to WTD and drivers hours legislation.

Key Duties of aTransport Coordinator:

• Creating and updating daily run summary in order to achieve delivery and collection deadlines.
• Ensuring that service levels are achieved and maintained, in conjunction with other departments.
• Using the Driver rota, planning runs according to shift pattern and available hours, taking into account holidays and sickness.
