Join a leading waste management provider in Fareham as a full-time, permanent Grab Driver earning over £44,000 annually based on 55 hours/week.
- Operate 8-wheel Grab vehicles transporting aggregates and muckaway between construction sites, quarries, and recycling facilities.
- Earn a transparent pay structure with a base rate of £14.40/hr, plus overtime, weekend, and holiday enhancements, with minimum 50 hours guaranteed.
- Work 10-hour shifts Monday to Friday, with optional weekend overtime to increase earnings.
- Require Category C (Class
2) license, Driver CPC, Digi Tacho, with preferred experience in tipping or muckaway. - Enjoy benefits including holiday entitlement, discounts, PPE, company uniform, pension contributions, and free onsite parking.
