The Sterling Choice is seeking a Warehouse Manager for a leading food manufacturing business in Leicestershire. You will lead the day-to-day operations, oversee outbound picking, loading, and stock rotation, and ensure orders leave on time and in full.
In this role you will shape the future of the warehouse function, build a high-performing team of 40+ staff, drive continuous improvements, manage third-party transport, and uphold safety and audit standards.
