Location: Fareham (Midpoint 27)

Salary: Up to £32,000 (dependent on experience) + bonus

Hours: 7:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday

The role

As our Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll take responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of warehouse operations, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and accurately. This is a hands‑on leadership role – you’ll lead by example on the warehouse floor while supporting, motivating, and developing your team to deliver against operational targets and service expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently
  • Lead, motivate, and support warehouse colleagues to maintain high performance standards
  • Oversee goods-in, storage, picking, and dispatch activities
  • Allocate workload and manage priorities to meet delivery deadlines
  • Conduct stock checks and audits, maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Manage documentation and ensure operational accuracy
  • Work closely with internal teams to meet customer requirements
  • Identify and address performance or process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
Essential (What you’ll bring)
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Previous team leader or supervisory experience
  • Strong understanding of goods in/out processes
  • Valid forklift licence (counterbalance essential and reach licence also preferable)
  • Good knowledge of health & safety practices
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Reliable, hands‑on approach with a strong work ethic
Desirable
  • Experience working with multiple product lines
  • Exposure to fast-paced distribution environments
  • Management or health & safety training/qualifications
