As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a Part-Time Operations Warehouse Coordinator to support the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse and production processes.

As an Operations Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and accurate flow of materials, stock, and information throughout our warehouse and production areas. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is detail-focused, organised, and committed to ensuring operational accuracy. You will work closely with warehouse, production, and purchasing teams to maintain high standards across all stock control and administrative processes.

In this role, you will contribute to efficient warehouse operations, accurate system updates, and effective communication across departments. Your ability to investigate discrepancies, maintain records, and support daily operational tasks will be essential to ensuring seamless production and stock management.

You have strong systems and database experience, with the ability to maintain accurate records and confidently work with stock management or ERP platforms. Your background in a fast-paced operational environment demonstrates your capability to manage stock control processes efficiently and accurately.

You are flexible in your approach and comfortable working across all areas of the business, particularly within the warehouse and factory. Your strong attention to detail ensures accuracy in every task, while your ability to self-manage allows you to handle daily responsibilities with confidence.
