CV Screen is recruiting for a Part-Time Office Manager to join a well-established and growing SME based in Shefford
. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced office professional looking for a school-friendly, office-based role of circa 25 hours per week
. The business operates within a technical manufacturing and distribution environment, supporting customers across the UK with specialist products and services. The role offers a broad remit across finance, administration, and business support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility. The salary is up to £40,000 FTE
, depending on experience.
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and internal coordination
- Manage payroll, credit control, and supplier ledger activities
- Process sales orders and support purchasing administration
- Maintain accurate financial records using Sage 50
- Assist with basic marketing and customer outreach activity
- Previous experience in an Office Manager or similar SME-based role
- Strong working knowledge of Sage 50
- Experience across payroll, sales administration, and credit control
- Up to £40,000 FTE (pro rata for part-time hours)
- Circa 25 hours per week
, Monday to Friday - Stable, office-based role within a supportive team
